Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you are absent from the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods sold on behalf of the customer (consignment goods) (§ 312g para. 2 no. 10 BGB).

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
